What I built, what I’m building and what I plan to build.

My Projects

This page is a public record of what I’m building. It keeps me accountable, documents my journey, and gives readers an inside look at how I approach business through systems and long-term thinking.

Powering Businesses With Solar Energy

I spent four years as the General Manager of a solar company, where I had the opportunity to understand the technology, the economics, and the challenges of adopting solar energy. During that time, I realized that a simple piece of glass could fundamentally change the way businesses produce and pay for electricity.

In early 2026, I turned that insight into a business. Instead of selling solar systems, I began financing, installing, and operating them for commercial buildings, offices, shopping malls, and other businesses. I cover the upfront investment, while customers pay a predictable monthly bill for the clean energy the system generates. They reduce their electricity costs without the burden of ownership, and I build a portfolio of long-term, income-producing energy assets.

Commercial Real Estate

Commercial real estate has been part of my life for years. What began as a family business gradually became my responsibility, giving me firsthand experience managing properties, working with tenants, collecting rent, handling maintenance, and solving the everyday problems that come with operating commercial buildings.

Over time, I realized that successful real estate isn’t just about owning property—it’s about building reliable systems. Today, I focus on improving operations, documenting processes, and creating repeatable systems that make managing commercial properties more efficient, transparent, and scalable for the long term.

Auto Parts Business UAE

Moving to the UAE gave me the opportunity to explore a completely different industry. I entered the used auto parts business, sourcing quality parts and connecting them with buyers who needed reliable replacements at competitive prices. Working in a fast-moving market taught me the importance of inventory management, supplier relationships, logistics, and customer trust.

While the business generates revenue, its greatest value has been the lessons it has taught me about building operational systems. Every shipment, process, and transaction reinforced my belief that sustainable businesses are built on repeatable systems rather than constant hustle.

FAQ

I enjoy building systems that solve real problems. Each business operates in a different industry, but they all share the same goal: creating long-term value through practical, repeatable processes.

Yes. Some are fully operational, while others are in the early stages of development. I use this page to document what I’m building, what I’m learning, and how each project evolves over time.

Writing helps me organize my thinking, and sharing my experiences allows others to learn from both my successes and mistakes. My goal is to create a transparent record of the systems I build.

Although they operate in different industries, they all rely on the same principles: clear systems, long-term thinking, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution.

I’m always interested in opportunities where I can contribute through systems thinking, operations, or long-term business building. If you think we’d be a good fit, feel free to get in touch.

I don’t currently offer general consulting services. My primary focus is building and operating my own businesses, though I’m open to conversations about interesting projects and partnerships.

Whenever there’s meaningful progress. I prefer sharing real milestones and lessons rather than posting updates for the sake of staying active.
